one minute nirvana.

heres something i'd like you to try at your own risk.
hyperventilate yourself.
that is to say take rapid, deep breaths for lets say about two minutes.
(this part charges your blood with extra oxygen.
this oxygen comes in handy, and ur like a rabbit on viagra.)
the hyperventilating makes you feel on the edge, sort of, at least.
alot more aware. alot more alert.
now all that extra oxygen allows you to do many things.
heres one. hold your breath (dont breathe for as long as you can).
and if u've hyperventilated u'd probably be able to hold on to it fr well above a minute.
now close ur eyes. with ur mind already numb with the rapid breathin,
and your eyes closed, take away the sight ad the destraction too,
you have one helluva sensation. devoid of almost everything.
theres ur heartbeat (cant do much abt that) and a clear numb mind, and that very precious
one-minute.
its a minute of clarity. its a one minute nirvana.

a word of caution: i do not know of the risks involved with hyperventilation.
